Domaine de BLAYAC, founded in 1990, is located in Vialanove La Caunette, a pretty Languedoc village in the heart of Cathar country, a stone's throw from Minerve and 40 kms north-east of Carcassonne. Seven generations have succeeded each other at the head of the domaine. Stéphane Blayac has been in charge of these beautiful vineyards, which cover 40 ha, since 2003. The vines, planted in very stony clay-limestone soil on south-facing terraces and hillsides, enjoy a generous amount of sunshine.
