After having worked as both winegrower and wine trader, Christophe BUISSON created his own estate in 1996, in Saint-Romain, a lovely village situated at the centre of the Côte de Beaune. His careful work, both in the vineyard and the cellar, contributes to promote this less renowned appellation, unfortunately too little known. The estate covers 7 hectares of vineyards with Bourgogne, Hautes-Côtes-de-Beaune, Saint-Romain, Beaune, Auxey-Duresses and Savigny-de-Beaune appellations. All the wines of the estate are rich, fine and elegant. Convinced that the quality of the raw materials is essential, Christophe Buisson opted for organic farming methods in 2009, and 2012 saw his first Ecocert certified vintage.
