Domaine Henri BOILLOT & Fils is established in Meursault and is linked with Maison Henri Boillot's négociant activity. The Boillots have been farming the land in Burgundy since 1885. Henri Boillot took up the reins of the family domaine in 2005, assisted by his son, Guillaume, who joined him in 2006 after completing his viticulture and oenology training. The domaine extends over 19 hectares, split between white (mainly the 1er Crus in Meursault and Puligny where it owns the entire four hectares of Clos de la Mouchère) and red (numerous 1er Crus in Savigny, Beaune and Volnay). Henri Boillot is a perfectionist and talented winemaker. His wines are bottled after 18 months in barrel. They are described as pure, rich, precise, powerful and bright. Domaine Henri Boillot & Fils is a domaine with style and class producing very elegant wines.
