The Michel NOËLLAT & Fils estate is located in Vosne-Romanée, a village of the Côte de Nuits situated half way between Dijon and Beaune. It is currently managed by two brothers, Alain and Jean-Marc NOËLLAT, who represent the 5th generation and who succeeded their father Michel in 1989. The vineyard is composed of a hundred plots which make up 27 hectares and extends from Marsannay-La-Côte, in the north of the Côte de Nuits, to Pommard, south of Beaune. The estate offers no less than 22 appellations of which are 8 Premiers Crus and 2 are Grands Crus, Clos Vougeot and Echezeaux. Faithful to traditional winemaking, Alain and Jean-Marc Noëllat use sustainable agricultural methods and the harvest is undertaken by hand.
