The MILLET estate is a family property of 14 hectares located in the Chablis vineyards. Created in the early 1980s by Philippe Millet, the estate is now managed by Paterne and Baudouin Millet, his sons. Since its inception, the whole estate has been managed with the sole objective of obtaining quality, typicity and authenticity, notably in controlling yields and producing perfectly ripe fruit.
