The CARILLON family is one of the oldest in Puligny-Montrachet as its arrival in this famous village in the South of Côte de Beaune dates back from the 16th century. The Jacques CARILLON estate originates from the division, in 2010, of the family estate then led by Louis, Jacques' father. Jacques now manages a 5.5 hectare vineyard mainly situated in the municipality of Puligny-Montrachet and offers a wide selection of wines covering the different levels of this appellation. The vines are cultivated using sustainable agricultural methods, with controlled yields and entirely manual harvesting. The Jacques Carillon estate is certainly one of the major references in Burgundy for lovers of great Chardonnay vintages.
