Domaine des REMIZIERES has been in the family for several generations. In the beginning the domaine covered 4 hectares of vineyards and, up until 1973, part of the harvest was delivered to the local wine cooperative. Since then, the domaine has grown considerably and today covers around 30 hectares. Philippe, the son of Alphonse, took up the reins in 1977 and decided to sell all the wine in bottle. Emilie, armed with her oenology diploma, joined her father in 2005, and she was later followed by her brother, Christophe, in 2009. The domaine is spread over the communes of Mercurol, Crozes Hermitage, Tain l'Hermitage, Larnage and La Roche de Glun, as well as Saint Jean de Muzols and Vion for the Saint Joseph.
