The MOUTON estate is one of the most remarkable producers of the Givry appellation, situated in the heart of the Côte Chalonnaise. Belonging to a family of winemakers who have succeeded each other at the head of the estate for 4 generations, Laurent MOUTON joined in 2002 his father Gérard on the family estate, which comprises of 12 hectares of vineyards spread over the most beautiful soils of Givry. The vineyards are cultivated in the strictest respect for tradition and the environment: sustainable agricultural methods, regular ploughing of the soil, controlled yields and sorting of grapes in the vineyards, in order to obtain healthy and high quality grapes.
